Let's get back to
the garden.

I was born just three months before and ten miles away from the site of Woodstock in 1969. While I was too young to witness the mud and the music, I believe the frequency of that moment, the collective yearning for peace, connection, was etched into my DNA. 

For as long as I can remember, the lyrics of Joni Mitchell’s "Woodstock" have been a mantra I return to for grounding and perspective.
 
"We are stardust, we are golden, and we've got to get ourselves back to the garden."
 
These aren't just poetic lines, they're a fundamental truth.

We are made of the same elements as the stars, yet in the rush of the modern world, we often forget our own brilliance. We become untethered from the earth and disconnected from the divine spark within.
